Pilates Rehabilitation & Body Conditioning

The Pilates Method of Rehabilitation and Body Conditioning is a unique system of over five hundred exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and elongate muscles without adding bulk. Created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s, Pilates exercises focus on developing core strength in the abdominal area, thus improving posture, balance, agility and flexibility.

For over 80 years, Pilates has helped dancers, fitness buffs, athletes and physical therapy patients attain better health with less physical restraints. Known today as “the exercise of the stars,” the opportunity to create a more beautiful, graceful and capable body is here and available to people of all fitness levels. For private, semi-private or small group instruction with qualified instructors, please contact us today! Our studio is fully equipped with reformers, towers, wunda chair and mat workouts.

We also have Gyrotonic® equipment. GYROTONIC® methodology allows users to stretch and strengthen muscles, while simultaneously stimulating and strengthening connective tissues in and around the joints of the body. These exercises are synchronized with corresponding breathing patterns, thus enhancing aerobic and cardiovascular stimulation and promoting neuro-muscular rejuvenation.
